Question qui peut paraître un peu idiote mais Aliexpress m'a déclaré apte à un remboursement de la totalité de ma commande :

We have noticed your claim is that you have not received the

item. Since the package is still in transit when purchase protection

ends, we will support you the full refund according to our rule.

otherwise we cannot identify your agreement between you and seller.

Le problème est que sur la page du litige il n'y a aucun bouton pour accepter le remboursement complet :


Quelqu'un serait m'éclairer par tout hasard ?
