Comment accepter un remboursement Aliexpress ?

Bonjour,

Question qui peut paraître un peu idiote mais Aliexpress m'a déclaré apte à un remboursement de la totalité de ma commande :

Le problème est que sur la page du litige il n'y a aucun bouton pour accepter le remboursement complet :

Quelqu'un serait m'éclairer par tout hasard ?

De ce que je vois le dossier est entre les mains d'aliexpress (étape 2 sur 3 en haut).

Ton image est illisible tellement elle est petite mais il tu faut aller dans le gestionnaire du litige est voir la proposition.
Bonjour, même soucis. Je ne parviens pas à trouver le boutton pour accepter la solution du litige! Avez vous trouvez depuis?
